This statement has nothing to do with Sentinels and HMG. It could work with ANY suit. "They pop out and attack people that are easy to kill and then drive away." Honest, any suit could do this.

I believe the HMG slow down effect has been removed for some time. I have not witnessed it myself in a clear cut "that bullet slowed me down."

Basically a full Auto shotgun with realistic range. I have killed many a HMG users with my Assault Rail Rifle as a Scout in the open because they were at 50 meter range also in the open. I took maybe 90 damage the last time it happened from the few bullets that hit me. In short, I have not witnessed the ranges that you claim to have witnessed, at least not since Open Beta.

So the Heavy is harder to deal with than a Scout that assumes that the Cloak will never, ever be picked up? Seems more like a statement of "A good Heavy is better than a bad Scout."
Yes, Heavies are more difficult to deal with than Scouts in my opinion. 3 Heavies guarding the Domination Point is a nightmare to deal with. However, your post doesn't really go about expressing your opinions in a cogent manner. The first part is more of a complaint about vehicles and targets of opportunity. The next two are complaints about the HMG that I have not seen happen in a while. The final part is a conclusion that is, I am assuming, based on the faulty prefixes above.
